FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is the first test really free?
Yes, for qualified brands. The brand must currently be on Shopify on a modern, 2.0 theme. They must have done $5mm in the last 12 months. Software fees are not included. Limit one per brand. What the test is is at Storetester’s discretion.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. But you can if you like saving money.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
No. There's an extremely generous free trial to understand if you like the service.
Why wouldn't I just hire someone full-time?
Hiring is expensive and time-consuming. You’d need a strategist, a designer, a developer, and a project manager to keep everything organized. Each of those experts requires compensation well into the six figures. Not to mention recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training takes months.
How do you come up with ideas?
The same way everyone else does. We listen to you, the brand, and your customers. We learn from analytics, heuristics, heatmaps, customer surveys, user testing, and reviews. We get ideas from all of these places.
Is there a limit to how many tests I can have?
Yes. We only run as many concurrent tests as your retainer allows. When one test finishes, we’ll launch another.
